First the positive- the cheese calzone tastes really good. Now the negative - they struggle to get the order correct. Twice they have messed up my order and refused to redeliver the correct item. Yes I get a refund, but if I did not want to spend the money, I would not have placed the order. It is unacceptable that they deliver the wrong items and do not seem to care.

I specifically asked the delivery person to come to "450 Memorial Drive, NOT amherst". So of course they come to AMHERST and NOT MEMORIAL DRIVE, and even when asked over the phone to simply walk to where I requested the delivery they refused! Terrible employee who does not care about the customer.

The food was good, but due to recovering from a fractured ankle, I specifically put on my delivery instructions to bring to the 2nd floor, then repeated it to the delivery driver when she called me on the phone. I had to go all the way downstairs and she was sitting across the street in her car looking at me. Mind you I have a cane. Finally she came and gave me my order. Last time I ordered from here, they had no problem bringing it to the second floor.

I saw they had a 4-star rating. It certainly isn't the pizza. Simply nothing special. What is it with Boston and pizza? There are two good places and neither one deliver. I received my pizza earlier than they predicted however it wasn't remotely hot and it occupied 2/3 of the box, apparently not surviving a rough ride. I won't be doing this again.

I'm staying in Boston after traveling/working this afternoon/evening and was hoping for a quick bite to eat after I finally got to my hotel room. Cafe 472 came through on the quick delivery part (seriously, it was fast!) However, I feel compelled to mention a couple of minor quibbles: - The order of mozzarella sticks was basically inedible. They were barely breaded, hardly fried, and soggy as cereal. I picked one up, pondered taking a bite, and (stupidly) went for it. Nope. The rest went in the garbage. - The Italian sub was... okay. It was a weird mixture of warm and cold. Like the bread was toasted but the meat, cheese, and toppings were thrown on afterwards. However, I got through half of it and the second half was soggy and cold. Sadly, it followed the mozzarella sticks to their unfortunate early demise. I'll give two stars because the delivery was indeed fast. I don't live in Boston, so I won't have a chance to try Cafe 472 again in the near future. Maybe they had a bad night, so it's possible this is one bad review out of many (mostly) positive reviews. Regardless, after a long day on the road and working, I had higher hopes for this place.

Froyo toppings aren't always mixed in well (also sometimes incorrect). Delivery is on the slower side.
